The Ohio Small Business Development Center Network is a statewide network funded in part through cooperative agreements with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the State of Ohio and Regional Hosts. The statewide host of the network is The Ohio Department of Development. The Ohio SBDC Network is nationally accredited by the Association of SBDCs.
Small Business Act
Confidentiality of clients of the SBDC Program is governed by federal law. See Section 21(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 648(a)). It is the policy of the Ohio SBDC Network that all client information, including client names, files, and records, are to remain confidential, to the extent permitted by law, and are not to be divulged to third parties unless written consent is provided by the individual/business client.

We may collect personal information that you provide to us directly through forms on our website, which may include:

Activity Log
If you are a registered website user, we save your content activity like create/update/delete posts and comments.
